So many restaurants are short-staffed these days, so it can take awhile to get service. Sometimes the staff at our senior living restaurant have to work really hard to get all the tables covered, and we appreciate their efforts, but…..

We have great entertainment at our happy hours. It took me many months to figure out why there weren’t many residents who show up. But sometime in that hour, I turn around — and the room is filled!!
Where we live, there are lots of walkers and wheelchairs. And sometimes the restaurant can look like a parking lot!
